Terms & Conditions

1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms are between you and Hey Bloom Learn Studio(trading as "Hey Bloom Learn"), the operator of the Hey Bloom Learn app and website (the "Service").
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm you are at least the age of majority in your country, or have the authority to bind your organization.
3. The Service
Hey Bloom Learn provides toddler activity ideas, weekly play plans, favorites, and related learning tools. Features available to you depend on your plan (Free, Premium, or Bloom Lifetime).
4. Account & accurate information
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service unlawfully or for fraud, spam, or abuse;
- infringe intellectual property or other rights;
- interfere with the Service's security, probe or scan it, introduce malware, or scrape it without permission;
- reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service, or circumvent technical limits.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Service, including software, content, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in line with your plan.
7. Payments, subscriptions & Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, currency, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. Bloom Lifetime is a one-time payment granting lifetime Premium access. You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

9. Service availability & warranties
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your data.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Hey Bloom Learn Studio's place of business. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law gives you another right.
