Business Information

Hey Bloom Learn is an educational technology platform providing digital educational resources, learning activities, printable materials, and educational tools for parents, caregivers, and educators worldwide.

Digital Products

Hey Bloom Learn provides digital educational products and services. All purchased products are delivered electronically through our platform. Users acknowledge that digital products may not be eligible for return after access has been granted, except as described in our Refund Policy.

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms are between you and Hey Bloom Learn, the operator of the Hey Bloom Learn app and website (the "Service"), based in the Philippines.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm you are at least the age of majority in your country, or have the authority to bind your organization.

3. The Service

Hey Bloom Learn provides toddler activity ideas, weekly play plans, favorites, and related learning tools. Features available to you depend on your membership:

  • 🌱 Bloom Free — get started with limited activity generations and basic printables.
  • 🌸 Bloom Premium — a single membership with two billing options (Monthly at US$4.99/month or Yearly at US$39.99/year) that unlocks unlimited activities, printables, favorites, learning progress, and premium learning resources.
  • ✨ Bloom Lifetime Club — an invitation-only loyalty membership available to active Bloom Premium members. One-time payment, lifetime access, VIP priority support, and all current and future Premium features.

4. Account & accurate information

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the Service unlawfully or for fraud, spam, or abuse;
  • infringe intellectual property or other rights;
  • interfere with the Service's security, probe or scan it, introduce malware, or scrape it without permission;
  • reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service, or circumvent technical limits.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, including software, content, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in line with your plan.

7. Payments, subscriptions & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, currency, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Bloom Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected (Monthly or Yearly) until cancelled. You may cancel a Bloom Premium subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7a. Bloom Lifetime Club

Bloom Lifetime Club is an invitation-only loyalty membership available only to active Bloom Premium members. It is a one-time payment granting lifetime access to all current and future Bloom Premium features.

  • When an eligible Bloom Premium member joins Bloom Lifetime Club, we automatically apply the amount of their most recent Bloom Premium payment as an upgrade credit toward the Lifetime Club price.
  • Upgrade credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • After a successful Bloom Lifetime Club purchase, the member's recurring Bloom Premium billing is automatically cancelled; access continues without interruption.
  • Bloom Lifetime Club membership is tied to the purchaser's account and is non-transferable.
  • Refund eligibility follows our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Service availability & warranties

We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your data.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Hey Bloom Learn Studio's place of business. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law gives you another right.
