We want you to love Hey Bloom Learn. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to Premium Monthly, Premium Yearly, and Bloom Lifetime purchases.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at hello@heybloomlearn.com and we will help.

After the 30-day window

Outside the 30-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis under Paddle's Refund Policy.

Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from My Family or the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
